Pattern Mapping: We explore how this issue shows up in your thoughts, emotions, and body, creating a clear map of the “snapshot” we need to change.
Strategic Focus: Together, we choose the most effective tool for the job—whether it’s rapid NLP rewiring, deep hypnotic exploration, or somatic release—ensuring a precise approach.
Transformation Work: You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where we communicate directly with your unconscious mind to update the root-cause snapshot. You are always safe, aware, and in control.
Integration & Empowerment: We complete the session by anchoring the new changes and, if needed, providing simple practices to solidify your transformation in daily life.

Detailed Session Breakdown
Every session is tailored to you, but there’s a general flow so you have a sense of what to expect.
1. Arrival & Check-In / initial chat
We start with a short conversation about what’s happening for you right now and what you’d like from the session. This might be a specific issue (e.g. caffeine, sleep, anxiety, a relationship pattern) or a more general sense of feeling stuck — or even a deeper feeling that something is off without being able to put your finger on exactly what.
If it’s helpful, we’ll also clarify your real why and the values underneath it, so we’re both clear on what matters most to you.
2. Mapping the Pattern
Next, we explore how this shows up in your life now — thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and any “snapshots” or memories that come with it.
Here I may draw on coaching questions, elements of Recall Healing, and tools like your life timeline or project purpose to understand the pattern from a few angles — mind, body and story.
3. Choosing the Right Method
Based on what we discover, we’ll choose a focus for the session together — for example:
- more NLP-style change work if the issue is clear and specific
- a deeper exploratory hypnotic trance if something feels hidden or long-standing
- somatic release work if your body is clearly “holding” a lot of the story
4. The Transformational Work
This is where we engage your unconscious mind and begin updating the old snapshots — the deeper “re-programming” work.
- Transformation Work: You’ll be guided into a relaxed, focused state. You are always awake, aware, and in complete control while we communicate directly with your unconscious mind to update the root-cause snapshot.
- We use relaxation and deepening techniques to settle the body and mind, and create an inner sanctuary — a safe haven where your unconscious can begin to reveal what it’s ready to show.
- Imagery, symbols, body sensations and inner dialogue may arise; we work with these as the natural language of your unconscious.
- Depending on the session, we may weave in NLP patterns, hypnotic suggestions, or somatic awareness to help transform and update the old snapshots and responses.
5. Integration & Next Steps
We gently return to everyday awareness and take a few minutes to notice what feels different, put the experience into your own words, and, if useful, offer simple take home practices (like self-hypnosis, journaling or awareness exercises) to support the shifts between sessions.
